Following are the top eleven music players for Android:
Phonograph Material Design and the UI is silky smooth. You can change the primary and accent colors, letting you add a little personality to the app. There’s nothing too flashy here, it just executes everything perfectly.
2. Pulsar Music Player
This gorgeous, Material Design music player that lets you browse your music by folders, albums, genre or artists. It’s packed with all the essential features, as well as some more unusual ones, including built-in last.FM support, automatic artwork download, built-in tag editing, a variety of themes, and smart playlists.
3.Shuttle Music Player
Probably the best-looking music app on Android, Shuttle has a good line-up of features, including a six-band equalizer, and automatic downloads for artwork and lyrics. The shuttle also uses Last played FM scrabbling, which will work out which songs you listen to the most over time, and help tailor playlists to your liking.
Musixmatch offers something a little different. As well as a sleek, elegant interface for listening to your music, it also comes with the Floating Lyrics widget, which syncs lyrics to music that you listen to, and lets you read lyrics as you’re listening to songs on your default music player, YouTube, and various other music apps.
5. jetAudio Music Player
This is one of the better/best music players on Android, mainly because of its strong host of tweaks and effects you can add when listening to your music. Plugins include the AM3D Audio Enhancer and Bongiovi DPS, which enhances sound processing in a way that true audio enthusiasts will appreciate.
MixZing offers a nice set of features along with decent music playback performance and battery consumption. If you’re big on internet radio, you can play music from thousands of stations supported by SHOUTcast Radio.
This is an all-around media player that handles video and music with equal aplomb. On the music side of things, it has a feature that recognizes your music – even without tags – and matches it up with artwork and lyrics.
Poweramp is one of the most powerful Android music players with a ton of features and options. You can customize the player’s appearance via themes and tune your music with a 10-band graphic equalizer.
Other features include crossfading, replay gain, last.FM scrobbling, gapless playback, lyrics search, cover art animations, headset support and 4 different widgets for your Android home screen.
8. PlayerPro Music Player
PlayerPro rivals the best Android music players in terms of features and customization options and is one of my personal favorites. While it doesn’t quite match Neutron’s sound quality levels, it is still very decent with its equalizer and enhancements like SRS and Beats audio.
The app can also help you find cover art for your music via the internet and there are several free skins you can download as well. If you want widget support, PlayerPro also has a couple of sleek-looking widgets for your home screen.
9. Google Play Music
Google Play Music offers access to a huge online catalog of music. You can stream it if you have a subscription, but the app can also play the music stored in your smartphone library. Google Play Music syncs with your Google account, so your playlists and songs are accessible across multiple devices.
10. n7player Music Player
This app offers something a little different; a tag cloud, where artists and song names are displayed on your screen, in varying sizes, depending on how much you listen to them. This app is creative, with some interesting use of multi-touch.
11.Neutron Music Player
While Neutron is a paid music player app, it’s well worth your money if you are particular about sound quality and performance. The app uses a 32/64-bit audio rendering engine for the highest quality of audio and sound playback on your Android phone.
